Lyo-San Inc. also offers industrial products such as dairy cultures in bulk or in capsules, custom freeze-drying, blending and packaging. Please note all our cultures are made from a dairy base.

These capsules are also available with enteric coating. This coating protects the destruction of the dairy cultures by the acidity while going through the stomach and enables their release in the intestine where they are the most useful.
Lyo-San can freeze-dry different type of foods on a custom base. Our freeze-driers specially designed for food freeze-drying let us make quality products at a reasonable cost.
We can package powders into pouches from about 5 grams to 150 grams per pouch. We can also blend your ingredients prior to packaging.
