After more than 40 years, Lyo-San’s great adventure is now making an important turn since I have decided it was time for me to retire.

I am glad to announce that, since November 2020, our line of Yogourmet products and Lyo-San freeze-dried lactic cultures have been sold to Lallemand Specialty Cultures.

LSC will be manufacturing and distributing these products from now on in Canada as well as internationaly.
